The GuanoBoost Guarantee
We’re not going to bore you with pages of fine print. We made our returns and refunds process as simple as possible.
The Evergreen Guarantee policy lasts 30 days: If you aren’t satisfied with your order, contact us for a no-questions-asked return plus refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of your order date. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

What Happens In The Refund Process
If you are eligible for the GuanoBoost Guarantee, we will promptly arrange for a refund to be processed. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account, within a certain amount of days. Sorry, but we cannot refund your credit card.
Although optional, we would very much appreciate it if you could share some feedback as to why you are returning your order because it helps us improve our products and services for future customers.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If You Need a Replacement
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@guanoboost.com and we will let you know where to send your item. You can also contact us at +27128801426

Where to Ship Returns
To return your product, send an email to hello@guanoboost.com and we will let you know the correct return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We make use of BobGo as our logistics integrated system and select the most affordable shipping quote compared between 5 courier providers in order to provide maximum value to our clients.
We offer daily dispatch from our warehouse in Pretoria and all orders before 10am are pulled and packed on the same day.
We strive to provide an easy and effective solution to ensure that your product arrives at your door as soon as possible from your order date.

Economy Shipping
Our aim is to provide maximum value to our clients, however, with the rise in fuel and fulfillment costs and the heavy nature of our products, we can no longer offer free shipping to our Valued clients.
We offer the following Economy shipping options:

Express Shipping
