Guanoboost Competition Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE GUANOBOOST PRIZE-WINNING COMPETITION FOR CONSUMERS

1. PROMOTER 

The promoter of this competition is Grow Fantastic (PTY) Ltd, a registered company in South Africa ("the Promoter").

2. COMPETITION PERIOD 

The competition will run from 1 March 2025 to 30 June 2025 ("the Competition Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1. The competition is open to all residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older.

3.2. Employees, directors, and immediate family members of the Promoter, its agents, or suppliers are not eligible to participate.

3.3. Participants must have a valid South African identification document.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1. To enter the competition, participants must purchase any GuanoBoost product within the Competition Period.

4.2. Participants must submit a clear photo of their till slip or invoice as proof of purchase.

4.3. Participants need to upload a photo of this product with himself or herself in their garden

4.4 Participants need to approve that the promoter can use the photos for marketing purposes.

4.5 Participants need to go to the Guanoboost website to upload, photos, proof of purchase in the given period and to approve that we can use the photos for marketing purposes (www.guanoboost.co.za)

4.6. Participants may enter the competition multiple times, provided each entry is accompanied by a separate valid till slip or invoice.

4.7. Only original, legible, and valid till slips or invoices will be accepted.

5. PRIZES The following prizes will be awarded:(valued at R50,000.00)

  • First Prize: Husqvarna Lawn Mower - HUSQ-LC151 product code.
    • Year supply of GuanoBoost products this includes ( 6 x 25 Liters and 10 x 10dm Granules bucket including a Sprayer applicator and Spreader)
  • Second Prize: Husqvarna Grass Trimmer - HUSQ-321C product code.
    • 6 month supply of GuanoBoost products this includes ( 3 x 25 Liters and 5 x 10dm Granules bucket including a Sprayer applicator and Spreader)
  • Third Prize: Husqvarna Blower - HUSQ-125BVX Product code.
    • 3 month supply of GuanoBoost products this includes ( 1 x 25 Liters and 2 x 10dm Granules bucket including a Sprayer applicator and Spreader)

6. WINNER SELECTION

6.1. The winners will be selected via a random draw conducted by the Promoter on or before 15 July 2025.

6.2. Winners will be contacted via the contact details provided during entry.

6.3. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternative winner may be drawn.

7. GENERAL TERMS

7.1. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.

7.2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entry deemed to be fraudulent or not in accordance with these terms.

7.3. By entering the competition, participants agree to the Promoter using their name and image for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7.4. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by participants in entering the competition.

 7.5. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

8. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

8.1. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of participation in the competition or acceptance of any prize.

8.2. Participants indemnify the Promoter against any claims arising from their participation in the competition.

9. DATA PROTECTION

9.1. Participants' personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and will be handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

9.2. By entering the competition, participants consent to their data being processed for competition purposes.

11. GOVERNING LAW These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

INDEPENDENT AUDITING To ensure transparency, fairness and compliance with the regulations by independently verifying the competition process, participant entries, and results, mitigating potential accusations of bias or manipulation, especially when dealing with large prize pools or sensitive categories.
